Hillside Excavation’s Site Work and House Lots Division specializes in site clearing, building access roads, backfilling, and finish work.  We make sure that from clearing to finish work the job is done right so our customers can relax knowing that the job is done. When we clear lots we make sure that the site is prepped to the best of our ability so that your concrete contractor can go in pour a solid foundation. 

After the foundation is in, we then will start the process of backfilling. Backfilling is the process of brining in fill and spreading it around so that the grade is up to par and that it drains properly. Lastly, finish work is spreading grass and loam.
